• Could therapy help me?

Therapy can be helpful for many different types of mental health concerns. Whether you have a previous mental health diagnosis or you are feeling stuck and have never been to therapy, contact us today to see if mental health counseling is right for you.

  • How much does therapy cost?

The price of therapy sessions ranges based on your clinician. Please speak with your clinician about their prices and if you are struggling financially, ask if they offer a reduced fee. As mental health practitioners, we care about you receiving the care you need and do not want finances to be the reason you cannot obtain therapy.

  • Do you take insurance?

We are out-of-network providers for all insurance carriers. This is different than in-network coverage. As an out-of-network provider, payment is due at the time of your session. You can submit the receipt to your health insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement will depend on your specific health insurance plan.

The major reason we do not take insurance is due to confidentiality and privacy concerns. When you receive treatment from an in-network provider and they submit the claim to insurance, a diagnosis must be made in order to receive reimbursement. This information, along with any notes or records that your insurance carrier requires, become a part of your private health records. Although this information should be kept confidential, it can be utilized by agencies later in life to determine certain types of employment.

  • How long will therapy take?

This depends on your presenting concerns and how committed you are throughout the therapy process. Some clients come for just a few sessions, while others continue therapy for several years. We invite you to discuss your goals and treatment plan with your therapist so that you have a better understanding of how long therapy might take.
